How to Calculate and Improve Your NPS

Follow these steps to effectively measure and improve customer loyalty:

Collect Responses

Survey customers with: 'On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend us?' Count responses in each category.

Calculate Percentages

Divide the number of promoters, passives, and detractors by total responses to get percentages for each group.

Calculate NPS

Subtract the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The result is your NPS score (-100 to +100).

Take Action

Follow up with detractors to address concerns, nurture passives into promoters, and encourage promoters to refer others.
